Is there a contract?
No. The monthly is month to month and you can cancel any time. If you leave, your domain and your content stay yours, and we will hand over your site as a file.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never. You pay the flat monthly fee, nothing per booking. Guest payments go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe's standard card processing fee applies to you as it would anywhere.
When does launch pricing end?
Launch pricing covers our first 10 hosts. After that the plan moves to $89 a month with a $590 setup. Whatever you start at, you keep for as long as you stay.
What if I own more than one property?
Each additional property on the same host is $39 a month plus a $150 setup, and sits on the same account.
What are payments rolling out?
Guests can already request dates against your live calendar. Paying by card straight to your own Stripe account is being added to every site, at no extra cost, so everyone who joins now gets it.
Can I use my own booking software?
Yes. If you already run OwnerRez, Hospitable, Guesty or similar, keep it. We read its calendar and point the Book button at its booking page.
