Who we are

Perfect10 Digital (“we”, “us”) builds and hosts direct-booking websites for vacation rental hosts. You can reach us at hello@perfect10digital.com.

What we collect

• From you: your name, email, phone number, property name and listing link when you fill in a form, text us, or become a client.
• From public sources: to build a preview and to reach hosts, we use information that is publicly available, such as the content of a public rental listing and public business or licensing records. We use it only to build your preview and to contact you about it.
• Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, through standard hosting and analytics tools.
• On client sites: booking requests that guests send through a host’s site (their name, email, message and dates). These are delivered to that host, who is responsible for them.

How we use it

To respond to you, build and host your site, send your preview, bill you, provide support, keep our service secure, and comply with the law. We send you messages about our service by email, text or mail. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and every text honours STOP. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, under their own privacy terms: hosting and database providers, payment processing (Stripe), email and text delivery, and analytics. Guest payments on a client site go to the host’s own payment account, not ours.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any email with the link in it, or reply STOP to any text.
• Ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
• California residents have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Security and retention

We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymise it.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.
